We run two ladies’ teams, a men’s team, a thriving juniors section, and are proud to host an all inclusive, disability friendly Flyerz section, all affiliated with Scottish Hockey.

Our juniors programme supports children from age 8 and up, with players aged 14+ eligible to compete in the East District League.

We train on Wednesdays at Deans Community High School in Livingston, and offer a subsidised strength and conditioning session every Tuesday at Livingston gym, Ninth Concept.

Our training sessions are designed to help players develop new skills, gain match play experience, and be challenged both physically and mentally, while ensuring fun remains at the heart of everything we do. Senior players from our men’s and ladies’ teams are on the pitch each week supporting our dedicated coaches, bringing a wealth of experience for our youth players to learn from.

Both our ladies’ and men’s sections have fully embraced Masters Hockey, and we proudly support players who compete on the European and World stage across age groups from over 35s to over 70s.

Affiliated with East District Hockey and accredited by our national governing body, Scottish Hockey, we pride ourselves on offering an environment that supports everyone who wants to play hockey, from high performance athletes to complete beginners, and everyone in between.
